Over and above my beautiful carpet that was expertly installed at a most reasonable price, I still am amazed at how you went the extra mile to meet such an almost impossible deadline!

As you know, the escrow on my new home closed at 2pm the day before my furniture was to be delivered. It just didn't seem possible, to me, that my carpet could be installed in that short amount of time...so, I was in a panic! Yet, you assured me that you could do it.. and you did!

You worked until 4:a.m. to install my carpet!!! So, it was in place when the movers arrived.

How can I ever thank you enough? You give a new meaning to the words "Customer Service"!

I met Clint through his website while I was in a rush to get my home office carpeted before the Christmas Holiday (and the delivery of my new office furniture). I called Clint at about 2:30 PM, explained my need and his response was classic! Having already called several of the "major" carpet companies I was pretty conditioned to the standard, "We have to come measure then we can schedule the job AFTER the New Year," but when Clint said, "if you trust me to choose the color from what's in stock, I'll put it in this evening," I was FLOORED! Talk about exactly the response I wanted, Clint had it! We agreed and sure enough, Clint appeared even earlier than he projected (traffic was better than usual) and we had a carpeted office before dinner hit the table. Probably the most satisfying aspect of the whole transaction was when my wife said, "You set a goal I thought was unrealistic and you beat it, I'm impressed!" New carpet and a compliment from my wife!

Thank you again for a great job! Your response was quick and you saved our move! You worked around the painters and got it done in record time! Quick, professional, trustworthy and honest. You are the best!
